Haely Cho

Haely has enjoyed serving the people of Ryde for their specific physiotherapy needs for the past 15 years. With over 20 years’ experience Haely has a keen interest in musculoskeletal conditions, dry needling and exercise rehabilitation programs. She has undertaken courses in women's health, casting, muscle energy technique, APA Sports Level 1 and 2, and the McKenzie Technique. She enjoys promoting health and well-being and believes that physical health is a major contributing factor in the quality of life.

Alicia Wong 

Alicia is a dual qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist from the University of Sydney with 8 years' experience within the health and rehabilitation setting. Alicia brings a wide scope of knowledge from her work in the outpatient settings for musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, hospitals for early rehabilitation, chronic disease management and workplace injury management. She has a keen interest in helping her clients establish a sustainable plan to not only address your immediate issues but optimise your health and wellbeing through positive lifestyle changes.
